2Hr Aquarist APT e is a concentrated, ready-to-use liquid fertilizer built on Tom Barr's Estimative Index (EI) method, refined through 2Hr Aquarist's proprietary Capstone Formula. It is the go-to macro/micronutrient dosing solution for heavily planted, high-tech Dutch-style aquascapes.
What is APT e?
APT e is a liquid inorganic NPK(Mg) fertilizer with a full spectrum of micronutrients and trace elements — Boron (B), Copper (Cu), Manganese (Mn), Molybdenum (Mo) and Zinc (Zn) — plus chelated iron (EDTA, DTPA, EDDHA) for maximum plant uptake. Compared to standard EI recipes, APT e delivers 2x more nitrate-limiting balance for richer plant coloration and 2x more magnesium for stronger growth.
