Shipping and Returns Policy for Aquarium Boutique

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to one of the following courier offices:

  • Ekont: Osogovo 30, Sofia, Bulgaria

  • Speedy: Zona B-18, blok 8, Sofia, Bulgaria

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Bulgaria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.

If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order, or any reason not related to a defect or mistake on our part, the customer must cover all return shipping costs.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong product

In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, plants, or live items)

  • custom or special-order products

  • personal care products

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • sale or discounted items

  • gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us.
