Description
The Me CO2 Safety Flow Steel is a stainless steel check valve for aquarium CO2 systems. Installed in the 4/6 mm CO2 line, it lets gas pass towards the tank and blocks water from flowing back towards the pressure regulator.
When the CO2 switches off at night or the bottle runs empty, water can be siphoned back up the tubing and into the regulator or solenoid valve, where it causes corrosion. A check valve prevents that. Steel valves also don't turn brittle with CO2 the way plastic ones can.

How to install
- Cut the CO2 tubing between the bubble counter and the diffuser, close to the aquarium.
- Push both ends onto the valve.
- Make sure the engraved arrow points in the direction of gas flow, towards the diffuser.
