MasterLine Root Caps – Long-Lasting Root Tabs

MasterLine Root Caps are slow-release fertiliser capsules designed to nourish aquarium plants directly at the root zone. They transform inert substrates into nutrient-rich growing environments and revitalise depleted aquasoils — all without affecting water quality or livestock.

Each capsule delivers a complete profile of macro and micro nutrients: N, P, K, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn, B, Cu and Mo. The nitrogen component is in ammonium form, directly absorbable by roots without leaching into the water column. Nutrients release gradually over 3–4 months, at which point capsules are simply replaced.

Safe for all aquatic life, including shrimp.

Dosage: one capsule every 10–15 cm of substrate area, placed deep under plants using tweezers. Replace approximately every 4 months.
