Our Rectangle Caves are indispensable for breeding various L-numbers and provide essential hiding spaces for crayfish, shrimp, loaches, and more. L-numbers entrust these caves with their eggs, often under the vigilant care of males until hatching.

For breeding success, diversify your caves with various shapes and sizes to accommodate L-numbers' preferences. Beyond rectangles, explore our range of round, D-shaped, triangular, XXL, and mix-color caves. Ensure caves are proportionate to fish size, and experiment with different flow directions for optimal fish comfort. L-Numbers Compatibility

Medium Rectangle Cave: Ideal for L-numbers up to 12cm, including L046, L102, L129, L136, L144, L181, L199, L201, L236, L260, L262, and L397.

Medium-Large Rectangle Cave: Suited for wider L-numbers such as L134, L144, multiple ancistrus species, and L397.

Large Rectangle Cave: Accommodates L-numbers up to 16cm, like L066, L070, L144, L201, L204, and L333.
