Preparation Instructions:
To make one cup of gel, mix ¼ cup of the powder with ¾ cup of cold water and stir until fully combined. Heat in a microwave until boiling (about 2-3 minutes), then remove and stir. Alternatively, boil the water on a stove, remove from heat, and mix in the powder. Pour the mixture into a storage container or mold immediately, and let it sit at room temperature until it firms up. The gel can be cut into cubes, shredded, or used as a whole slab. Treat any unused portion as fresh food. It can be refrigerated for up to two weeks or frozen for up to six months. Adjust the gel's firmness by adding more or less water as needed.
